Our Story

We were passionate about fitness, but healthy dining was more of a chore than a pleasure. We craved meals made of real, nutritious ingredients that tasted like mom’s home cooking but without the ‘not so good for you’ stuff (love you Mom!). To us, healthy means food that is natural, nutrient rich, and thoughtfully prepared.

We source high quality farm-fresh ingredients, many of them local and organic where it matters. Meet Adrian from the Heritage Farm in West Philadelphia, which supplies many of our seasonal greens.

Does the Body Good


A balance of lean proteins, unrefined carbs and good-for-you fats, filled with vitamins and minerals. Our sweet potato mash, mixed with virgin coconut oil, is rich in fiber, antioxidants and vitamins A, C and B6.

Pure Ingredients


We only use ingredients the way Mother Nature intended: chicken raised without hormones or antibiotics, grass-fed steak, organic greens, herbs straight off the stem, and natural sugars in moderation.

Scratch Cooking


Our artisanal recipes are cooked with a variety of herbs and spices, so flavor is never sacrificed. We prepare our menu from scratch daily by grilling and roasting, not by frying or freezing.
